Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Menusify (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including the website menusify.com, the Menusify web application, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian consent to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others or use another person’s account without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including suspected fraudulent activity or abuse.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload, input, or generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence/hate.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it.

4. User Content & Generated Output

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any menu data, images, descriptions, or other content you upload or input (“User Content”).
• License: By using the Service, you grant Menusify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including training AI models in aggregated/anonymized form where permitted by law).
• AI Disclaimer: Output generated by Menusify (AI-optimized descriptions, modifier suggestions, compliance flags, exported JSON/CSV) is provided “as is” for your use. Menusify makes no warranty that such output will be accepted by third-party platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.).
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and compliance of any content you submit to third-party platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

Menusify and its logos, design, code, AI models, and other content (excluding User Content) are owned by Menusify or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice via email or in-app notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
